  • I witnessed Mike Small, at Millwall if I remember correctly. He would have to be in any team. Alongside Barry Endean from the early 70's probably.

  • Ralph Milne
  • Amdy Faye, obviously.
  • Tahar El Khalej
  • Dave Mehmet
  • As bad as some of the ex-players were in the premier league days, they were still in the premier league. It'll be a team of championship/ league 1 rejects really

  • Anyone name the match from the line up above?
  • edited October 2019
    Thuram
    Paul Bacon
    Tom Hovi
    El Khalej
    Rhys Williams
    Milne
    Lepoint
    Faye
Mark Tivey (he only played 1 game, but I played against him a few times as a kid (he lived 3 doors away from me) he couldn’t even beat lumps of dog shit down the playing fields)
    Abbott
    Small

I’m sure that there are many more that I’ve forgotten (probably for the best).

  • Callumcafc said: Nouble, lol, worst Charlton player I ever saw

  • Ray Tumbridge
Alan Davies (only played 45 mins for us on loan from Man Utd)
    Rhys Williams

  • Anyone name the match from the line up above?
    When we lost to Dagenham?
  • Cory Gibbs never seen him put in a good performance, mind you nobody else has either.
  • Spot on. Well done.
  • For me i think premier league players are out, has to be shit we've had from the last few years.

Players like Cedric Evina, Frank Nouble, Pawel Abbott, Mikel Alonso, Thuram, Lepoint and Kaikai would be strong contenders.

A few years before that lot, but a special mention must go to Mark McCammon, he was terrible.
  • Thuram

Cranie , El Khalej, Williams, Seabourne,

    Petrucci, Faye, Mustoe

    Nouble, L Clarke, Fleetwood

  • Philips - poor distribution
Solly - knees gone, too short
Sarr - "used to be shite"
Pearce - Sold by Wigan as not good enough for Championship
    Page - Sick note
    Lapslie  - Headless chicken
Pratley - "Worse player I've seen since Westminster v Eton game in 2005"
    Aribo - overrated
Grant - "Crawley is his level"
Taylor "that Wimbledon striker is the worst player I've ever seen"
Bonne - can't head the ball.

Not my choices but comments from CL and one song.

    : - )

Is the Taylor comment genuine ?!
  • Surely Thuram in goal. Cant think of a worse keeper we had?
Absolutely - it’s nuts that he’s actually had a fairly respectable career, he seemed like an Ali Dia at that away game against Wigan.

I'm paraphrasing but he got a lot of negative comments when they played us.

Ah fair play . Didn’t think anyone on here was that daft!

Thought Evina was okay and Alonso played a single game and looked unfit so difficult to judge.
  • Obviously not the worst keeper ever, but Tony Caig was pretty poor considering we were in the PL at the time!
  • Souleymane Diawara best centre half you have never heard of...............
  • Ralph Milne waddled out with a beer gut only seen on a poor Sunday league team in the lower Woolwich and District League.
  • Oh god, Makienok for Andy Gray in the above team.
