We need somebody in the stand instead of 3 men on the bench because they all seem to be missing the same thing better still Parkinson brings nothing to the club get rid and make Kinsella number two, he has been at the club longer than any of them and is Charlton through and through who will show a passion from the sidelines that hopefully will filter onto the pitch.
