We definitely join at the First Round proper stage which takes place on 7th November, Second Round takes place on 28th November as stated above. No League One fixtures on 7th or 28th Nov.

The League does it in case 2 teams due to meet that day have both been knocked out, it stops them having a free week and rearranging the game.
