IT WAS SNOWING!!!!!

I would like a question answered. Noted that we had a postponed game on the weekend and also against Rochdale. Noted that 99% of games have been called off recently in our division (imagine being a Sheffield Wednesday supporter!!) Noted that Ipswich played Leicester in conditions which were abysmal to say the least (ice pitch, non stop snow). So my question is what constitutes a postponed game? If there was ever going to be a postponed game, Ipswich vs Leicester had to be it! Who decides and how do they decide?

Policing? If they dont agree it dont go ahead.

Mainly down to the ref regarding the state of the pitch etc - the stadium & surrounding area is down to the council & the police...........if its too icy then they can call it off even if the pitch is playable (eg Chelsea on sat)
