Welcome Ryan and all the very best during your time at the Valley. I have been praying we get a big dominating central defender since Bauer left .. I hope that you are he ((:>) ... errr not too many red cards or nightclub brawls please .. we need you on the field ((:>)
Seems he had a pretty troubled childhood and was left raising his younger siblings as a teen. Clearly has his demons, but the kind of person I can really root for to succeed. Welcome, Ryan.
Club Chairman Steve Parish said: “It’s with a heavy heart that we say farewell to Ryan who has been with us for more than a decade. He is a talented player, and he has always been a pleasure to deal with. I know that he had a brilliant pre-season with the first-team, where all the staff spoke so highly of his attitude and work ethic. I’m really hopeful that he goes on to have a fantastic career, and he leaves us with everyone’s best wishes.”
Career starts now. Don’t acknowledge any history of him playing for Nigels.
If we are serious about getting promoted we cant afford to be bullied in this division, Powell's team had Leon Cort and we had Bauer last time. Hoping he will get a run of games to see how good is he actually is.

Gunter - Inniss - Famewo - Maatsen
... iss.
I see it a bit like when we released Michael Turner who never made a first team appearance but came back to the top tier after playing regularly
Some questions over his injury record and that he seems partial to a red card, but it still seems like quite the coup.
Now its
Williams, Watson and Inniss all ex Palace.
I am sensing themes haha
Anyway Welcome Ryan

You really don't want to see Ryan when he's unhappy.
The slate is wiped clean and Inniss has a chance to make a career at one club.
He could become a Cult Favourite ?
Or a Roger Johnson !
Take your opportunity and be a hero not a Zero, Ryan Inniss.
