There are other things that need to happen. Amongst them extra classrooms and changing facilities for female officials. Still a work in progress.2 -

If found guilty, the outcome must be sufficiently punitive to deter any repetition. A simple slap on the wrist fine would merely condone the actions and not act as a deterrent.3 -
