2026-27 CL Prediction League Week 4 Results
If Arsenal hadn't beaten Chelsea, Week 4 would have been one of the lowest-scoring weeks on record. What's more, the game ended 2-1, one of the more popular scorelines. After being out of sorts for three weeks, @fat man on a moped got into top gear, scoring an impressive 8 points to be this week's top scorer. Similarly,…

Bag Limit Size Ban at The Valley
This seems to have snuck in as a rule completely unannounced from Saturday's game that bags bigger than A4 are banned from The Valley, CAST are on the case but I'm disappointed at the zero communication from the club about it, especially as I often have a rucksack with me to carry a coat & water, or whenever I come…

Starting XI for QPR on Weds
With multiple defenders out injured (Ramsay, Sichenje, Burke, Koumetio, Edwards), one suspended (McNamara) and Bell known to have issues if he’s pushed past his limits, how will this impact the starting line up on Wednesday night? We could go into it with Mesik RB and Bell LB again but we’re in even deeper sh*t if Bell…

Managerial sackings, comings and goings
The October international break is clearly a chance to wield the axe First Di Matteo gets the push from Villa, and now Guidolin has been replaced at Swansea by Bob Bradley To me it all seems terribly early in the season to make changes...For reference, we sacked Dowie on the 13th November…

CAFC Supporter Thread For Doomsters, Pessimists, Hopefuls, Optimists, Super Optimists & Deranged
Now that we've played three matches and we've completed our recruitment, it would be good for people to nail their prediction for this season to the mast. Each of the above "types" of CAFC supporter has been allocated a points target, based on the very upper end of historical points needed to achieve that prediction:…

I know that the price cap is being removed and prices are expected to go up but ours is going up by around 60% (£600) a year and there aren't really any better deals out there (I don't think the price changes have even been factored into this - this seems like a ridiculously large rise. Pubs, and the demise of.
Some of you may be aware that the Porcupine in Mottingham has closed down and been bought by Lidl. My personal view is that the place was a dump and would rather it became a Harvester or something along those lines but 1400 people have signed a petition calling for the pub to be saved. Have Pubs had their day or what?

Who should be captain?
In my opinion Lloyd Jones isn’t a captain in the true sense of the word. I want my captain cajoling players, bawling at players when necessary, a quiet word in their ear and encouraging when needed. After he gave away the pen Ouma needed someone saying, keep your head, forget it, keep going. But nothing. The same with…
