If Southampton insist on keeping Eckert on, the authorities should say ‘OK, it’s your money, it’s a free country, have an extra ten point deduction’.3 -

That statement is embarrassing. OK so it says they were plainly in the wrong according to the rules, but they now introduce a kind of weight of evidence/probability angle about the sporting advantage…6 -
