No. The difference is that Europe has 54 teams competing for 16 places. South America has 10 teams competing for 6 places with 7th going through to a play off.Β4 -

Not sure if already posted but Cape Verde committed ONE foul against Spain. The lowest in a World Cup game since records began in 1966.7
