    Finished 4-1 Liverpool
  • Thanks for the update. Shame for Jason and the guys but LFC must have a huge scouting network to gather players for their academy.

That poor trialist keeper. Two games, both abandoned.

So much for the new drainage at Sparrows Lane too

I doubt they played on the new pitches. No one but the first team seem to be allowed to use them at the moment.

Why are games now played at the training ground & not DGS Marine as usual?

So they didn't lose to Palace... Interesting.

It's also kept his identity secret, which must be pretty unique for someone "picked" for 2 U23 matches

I'm assuming it was the same keeper and that it was this guy.

Maybe @Sid James Fan Club or @Sage know more

Swamp Lane again not able to see a game out. What's wrong with our own ground in SE7 that it can't be used? Or does that cost to much money to use these days and the owner won't authorise it!

I went this afternoon, still drying out.The pitch they were using is the pitch on the right nearest the gate.It was playable at the start but as the rain became heavier puddles quickly gathered on the pitch.
Jamie Mascoll picked up a painful shoulder injury & needed oxygen before being removed on the paramedics cart.
The pitch was the same pitch that was unfit last week & with heavy rain forecast i was suprised that the game wasn't moved elsewhere, the Valley perhaps.

@clive any report on our keeper? Did he look like he might be Indian?
