The problem with this is he passed the EFL OADT when with us, that will still be active I’m guessing so he can waltz in there no probs! The whole system is a disgrace if that guy can continue doing this kind of stuff. No doubt they’ll rinse and then get out.

I cannot believe for one minute he would change his modus operandi. Look back on the guys career to date. He is a chancer (nicest word I could find) looking to fund a lifestyle he hasn't earned.

Mate people like him just cant help themselves. He could land the highest paid job in the world but he would still find a way to scam, steal or some other skullduggery ! I have met twats like him so many times they just cant be straight, if they could no doubt they would be very successful in their chosen field but alas they just carry on until finally all roads are closed to them
No point criticising the EFL before the event. They can’t be expected to respond publicly to media reports of this kind. But bear in mind he passed the test before - it was proof of funds he couldn’t show.

The other questions are, how do you know the EFL are doing nothing? Also, can the EFL do anything about a CEO being appointed? The ODT I assume doesn't deal with employees?
Has any group of fans ever done a large-scale protest to campaign for another club to sack their CEO? Might be another first...? Maybe we could get some Rochdale fellas to meet us in the middle, say St Andrews?
