    There's been plenty to be grumpy about following Charlton over the years but the likes of the Traceys and bobmunros amongst us outweigh and outshine all the rest

    Also wanted to highlight Chris Solly is running the London Marathon for Demelza Hospice Care for Children. (apologise if that has been posted before).

    Do not want this to detract from Tracey's amazing work (and will leave a donations to both campaigns).

    As with last year, to make things a bit more interesting, I'm in for £1 for:
    • every point the 1st team get
    • every goal they score
    • plus an extra £1 if any of the academy graduates score
    • every clean sheet we keep
    from today, up to and including the PSA testing day on March 29th. Given there are quite a few games in this period, and the current run of form we're on, I'm anticipating it being rather more expensive than last season, so it's a good job @Henry Irving posted this today rather than yesterday, or it'd have cost me another fiver :)

    Thank you all so much for your very kind donations. It helps keep me motivated whilst pounding the streets during training. Another 4 mile run has to be done tonight 😩
