    The West Ham Official site is posting updates it is 0-0 after 51 mins  . Alonso , Green and Kermorgant have been subbed at half time for Davisson ,Warren and Smith .

    Probably because all 3 of them stand a chance of being involved on Saturday (don't think Stephens will be playing).  Green is a fantastic player - just been a bit unlucky with illness and being suspended for the first game.  Anyone who saw him play and score at Welling will have seen how good he is.  He needs to get his fitness back and some games.

    To be fair, that shot he cracked from about 25 yards would've beaten most keepers in League One. Plus, he played well and put in fantastic performances throughout pre-season by all accounts. I'm sure you'll be converted come the end of the season.

    Green will come good- was impressed in pre season and in the Scunny/Reading games, the fact he was suspended and then had a virus has not helped whilst Waggy has progressed this season and given Powell a tough choice. Expect him to be on the bench Saturday.

    As for Alonso, maybe needs another reserve game but think the first time we will see him will be the JPT in 2weeks.
