Renewed my st by phone

I renewed my st over the phone (mobile) on the last day, was on the phone for 19 mins and the call cost £4.20( 22p/min)
Check you bills if you used you mobile.
I did attempt to renew on line for about a week before the deadline, but I never got the password e-mail.

    Neither did I.

    Called them from work so bothered about the cost

    personally think they've got a bloody cheek charging you to call them to buy something.
