Re your last line, not so SE10. See this paragraph:
"Exhibitors at this fair recognise that valuing social and cultural
diversity is a business imperative and they are committed to developing a
diverse workforce. They are taking positive action to attract members
of under-represented racial groups within their workforce, with the aim
that their organisation is culturally and ethnically diverse. However,
the fair is open to all students."

Reminds me of the conversation I had with my ex-boss once when we were looking to recruit, only in reverse.He told me to sift through the CV's we'd had through and "throw all the foreign sounding names and females of child-bearing age in the bin".I've moved onto a different job now and funnily enough he's been put in the bin and sacked. Wonder if it was on account of his very Welsh name?0

Theres no denying that "This information and jobs fair is specifically for black and Asian students and graduates".
