    It would appear the the poor victim was badly let down by the Health Authorities.

    "A spokesman for Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust said: 'A woman who has been in contact with our services has been arrested following an incident in Bexleyheath this morning.  We will carry out a full and thorough investigation.' "

    Hardly much comfort to those whose lives have been shattered by this.

    Can't get my head around it. I was in the same place Saturday night on my own. Makes you realise you just dont know what's around the corner.

    My girlfriend works with the Husband of the lady who lost her life.
