    Budget for Charlton is poor..... may have to sell unless I can find some bargains, like the layout, even if it is a bit confusing, new teamtalks are interesting, I am going for calm talks, until they deliver a JPT performance, then its hair dryer time, sacking my assistant, he thinks I should take a certain right back of the transfer list.....

    Going along steadily atm, sitting nicely in 3rd

    Charlton 0-0 Hartlepool
    Reading 0-1 Charlton (Carling Cup)
    Stevenage 0-1 Charlton
    Charlton 3-1 Scunthorpe
    Notts Co 1-2 Charlton
    Charlton 1-3 Aston Villa (Carling Cup TV)

    So in some ways yes it is realistic

    Not sure, but if you're going to buy the game you'll need steam anyway. This version MUST be installed via steam. Pain in the arse and not quite sure why they've done it that way.

    7 games in 6 wins 1 draw, beat Coventry in the cup then got smashed by Sunderland in the next round, through in JPT - And you can make as many changes as you want without incurring a fine!! Dam good start got andros townsend and Benik Afobe on loan and james beattie on a free, like all the alterations to formations and set pieces you can do easily in game, and the pre set shouts are quite good and seem to have an effect on the game.

    Second in the league after 10 games. Was top until I drew the last game.
    Went the first 5 games unbeaten in the league. Orient knocked me straight out the league cup though.

    downloaded demo sat night, signed James Beatie and Richard Wright on frees, i know Wright is unpopular but i cant believe as a club we dont have one keeper over the age of 25!! i really think an old head is needed will see how he gets on, the demo gave me abit of a headache at first with so many screens open at once im sure i will get used to it tho. Quick FM2011 question got a new laptop so needed to install again, did this via steam as suggested, only problem is where the hell is the editor?? want to make the charlton squad up to date with this seasons players and cant find the editor options anywhere.. cheers all.

    Do you mean the pre-game in built editor? That's in your C/program files/sports interactive/tools.

    download a transfer update from fm-base, or download the fmrte editor

    The problem with FMRTE is that you can't just transfer players, you can only swap them with one of your existing squad, and not sure if the transfer update will be up to date for FM11, although I could be wrong if this is created by a third-party.
