A colleague of mine who has had a West Ham season ticket for years has yet to receive his renewal form or prices for next years season ticket. Do you think they are 100% sure they will be in the Premier league next year?

Hammers are sending out their renewal forms, however they are sending them out very slowly, rather than is the usual fashion of 'all at once'.
