Best PC Flight Sim?

anyone into this? It's years since I played a decent sim, last one being Stealth bomber on the ATARI ST.
What's the best on one the market nowadays and why? I have some old screens, and was going to set up a decent PC with some extra video cards for it in the garage.

Can't help you with the flight sim and no longer a Clancy fan, but Red Storm Rising is one of my favourite books (and probably due another read). Once the build up is out of the way it flies along at a rate of knots.0

FS2004 still does it for me. Always good to land at Manston, there's plenty of runway if it goes belly up.

Nor could the 7/11 terrorists in America. Mind you I think theirs were deliberate. Didn't the Americans try and get the flight sims banned because of them?

I'm pretty sure that microsoft changed the coding so you could no longer fly into buildings shortly after 9/11. Really couldn't see the point as that wasn't really the part that helped them. Not sure if this is still the case though.

Would love a bomber flight sim where every football ground in UK was recreated- would be great going on a mission to Sellout and the New Den wouldn't it? If there is enough fuel, maybe Stevenage could be includein way of payback for this season!0
