    Morale could be in tatters by the time they play us and find themselves in a relegation dogfight as their next 5 league fixtures are Bolton (h) Man U (a) Chelsea (a) Norwich (a) Arsenal (h) then us in cup! and with Blackburn (a) the week after there is a strong possibility we will face a much weakened side IMO.

    Really?? not heard this one. Why the hell would they want him? Not a top striker by anyones imagination, would rather had kept Crouch (and that's sayin something). Didn't he used to play for spurs? signed from Brighton I believe (but could be wrong).

    Having only watched the first half and saw Fulham were 2-0 up when I turned over to watch Die Hard 4.0, I was taken by surprise to see that they went out this morning.

    Was in the Evening Gooner last night.  Usual player out of favour garbage and linking him with a club looking to buy a centre-forward nonsense with "quotes" from sources close to the player.  Yes, we did buy him from Brighton but off loaded him to West Ham in px for either Defoe or Kanoute, cant remember now it was so long ago.  I think its common knowledge that Pavlyuchenko will be going in January so we'll be looking to bring 1 forward in at least but I really cant see it being Zamora.  Now Dembele, he's a different kettle of fish altogether and would take a punt on him.  Really like the look of him.

    The format of the Europa league is ridiculous. Fulham have played 14 games and are out. United and City have played 0 games and they're in it. Work that one out.

    It's funny you call the Standard the "Evening Gooner" because I always get the impression that they are massively biased towards Spurs. Pretty sure most of the journo's that write for them are Spurs (isn't Dan Jones a season ticket holder at WHL?). Take last night for example, the main backpage story was completely unsubstantiated Spurs transfer gossip, no quotes from anyone just pure speculation. I doubt any other team would get the same treatment.

    Now that Fulham are out of the Europa league, don't they go straight into the semi-finals of the Champions League , or does it not work like that ????????

    Zamora's body language was not good .....sure if he wants away he will not want to be cup tied -he was not a happy soul last night

    Fulham's Aussie keeper Mark Schwa whats is name is out for 6 weeks... probably wouldn't have played against us anyway.
