Hi all,

My mate is coming to watching Charlton with me on saturday, I don't usually drink before games so I am not to sure if there are any decent pubs around the valley?

Can anyone recommend one?

Thanks

Rose Of Denmark on the Woolwich Road is useful.

The Bugle Horn in Charlton Village.

The White Swan in Charlton Village is now better than The Bugle, since the recent refurb.

Rose of Denmark's probably the best. Bartrams has been better this season as well.

Bugle horn is the best bet.

Rose of Denmark is where I always go, but sometimes can be a squeeze, especially I'd away fans come in and if it's cold and wet.

The Pickwick, a little further down Woolwich Road, is always quiet and gives you somewhere to sit, but lacks the atmosphere of the RoD

    Pickwick ftw!

Rose of Denmark steer clear of Lib
  • So is there usually a bit of a happy-clappy sing-song at the Rose of Denmark? Must say, that sounds jolly good.
