Best place to see NYE fireworks?

Going into town after my meal at canary whalf, any one recommend some great secret vantage points to see them.
I'm thinking tower bridge? I'm not going to go near embankment as its crazy there!
Any suggestions greatly welcomed...

Curve of the river means that Tower Bridge doesn't give a good view of the London Eye which is the focal point.0

Blackfriars bridge is ok mate , if not embankment but be prepared for the hoards0

Didn't go in the end.
Was like a wave of Nigel's at a Train spotter meeting. Ended up popping the bubbly after eating a 400g steak at Goodmans.
