    I'm mixed. He's a good allround player but almost more suited to our team if Hollands is out injured or suspended.

    I totally agree with the comments above. I think its harsh that he has been listed as the player 'who is not what we need'. Russell is very similar to Hollands and would be perfect cover should Danny become injured at any point. Despite this I do think Hollands and Russell together would overcome most midfields in this league!Was just unfortunate he has played in a game where we had 10 men and also against single handedly the most negative team to come to the Valley this season (Oldham) where he also managed to score an extremely important goal!
