Did anyone else manage this ? Is this a record since the introduction of all seater stadia ?

Entered via West as North Upper turnstyles closed. Climbed into North Upper & watched 1st half there.

Moved to East for 2nd half upon request.

    we entered the east , realised everyone was climbing into the north upper so my self riscardo and inspector sands tried getting across hotly pursued by heavy mob stewards 

    second half we moved to north lower along with clem and rothko

    Couldn't work out why the upper was shutting as all the lights seemed to be on

    I remember that. Didn't they try to rip out the turnstyles?

    They did and it did us a favour because we had some nice new brick ones built. Not sure whether they used the wood from the ones they tore down but they had a nice little bonfire going in the covered end whist we hopelessly watched on from the sides.

    I only managed to stand 3 times. Once each when the goals went in & once when I had to pop to the loo at half time. I might of been more animated had I not had a sore back.

    Yeah, I thought that after I saw his post on another thread. I've told myself off !

    Yes, I've been round and round The Old Valley on numerous occasions, but since the seperate stands, that is a record for me  :-)

    @Buckshee , word on the street is the Inspector had a bit of trouble getting his leg over !!

    AFKA - did I see you in the North Stand lower first half to be replaced by somebody else in the 2nd half?!?....

    Ha, probably. Was sitting behind the goal, but seats got taken at ht as more from the upper were let in, so went and stood in a block for the 2nd half
