Shite this is it

I'm also worried, I only get to away games so don't see the team as much as a lot of you but from doing the stats I do notice what Lifers are saying and marking and the this is how I see it:

Hamer - flaps a lot , which many do not like but has kept quite few clean sheets, is Sullivan any better?
Solly,Morrison,Taylor, Wiggins - wonderful with able stand ins of Cort and Evina
Jackson - tending to fade out a bit but with such a good understanding with Wiggy they provide a good defensive & attacking unit on the left.
Green - his marks are going down and remarks are getting negative, why not try Waggy back there, we then get the advantage of the Solly/Waggy effect.
Central Midfield: this is the crux of the team and we haven't got it right, maybe we must go back to Hollands/Stephens and let them resurrect their understanding, if not we have plenty of other options.
Kermorgant - he gets high marks, he works hard he heads the ball, but those headers/flicks don't seem to lead to anything, time to try someone else, maybe back to Hayes.
BWP - needs to be back in the team and to score a goal, to do that he needs service which I hope Stephens and Hayes would give him
Subs - Sullivan and Cort plus three, those three depend on who is playing, but I would like to see Hayes given a good run out in place of Kermorgant and Haynes for BWP, at least 30mins and not in the same match.

I don't know what it is but the team just aren't playing like they were last year and they need to find that consistency to see us over the line and promotion.
