    Sept 10, we beat Exeter 2-0, our 7th League game.

    On September 10 we were still 2nd, it was Tuesday September 13 we actually went top. We weren't actually playing that night in the league, we had a cup match on, but Sheffield United lost that night and put us top on goal difference and there we've been ever since. COYA.

    I was there that night, awful game wth our reserves, but first of many day/night games the Valley faithful have bellowed out "we're top of the league....."
