Well BBC London say they are covering it: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p00ntqbx
but they also say they covering Blackpool v West Ham which I thought was on the 21st.
If they are covering it the app (iphone/ipod) you want is called TuneIn Radio: http://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/tunein-radio-pro/id319295332?mt=8.
Thats the Pro version but there is also a free version that works exactly the same.

Not for audio stuff yet, like Dazzler said the Radio app for iPhone is very very good0

no problem for me, android has flash and cafcplayer works fine0
