After an absence of three years i've decided to get a new band together for some summer gigs.

We're looking for a bassist to rehearse once a week, our influences are Radiohead, The Libertines, The Stone Roses, Jeff Buckley, etc.
I guess we're essentially a pop band, playing toe tappers, that will hopefully get in peoples heads.

I've popped a few mp3s below in the off chance there is a budding bassist out there. We're not interested in style or age, so anyone is welcome to get in touch as long as you have a some talent.

Thanks for reading, COYR....

Have a listen to the songs and let me know what you think, the bass lines are pretty straight forward.
  • Was a good drummer a few years back: if you need an old git to keep the beat I'm your man !

If you've got the tabs that'll give me some idea as well, but seems all fine to me

We've got an excellent drummer already, but thanks. I'd always be up for a local jam mind you.

There are some tabs somewhere, I'll have to ask Adam and get back on here. Do you own a bass and are you able to get to Denmark St?

I'm 51, grey hair with only a small bald spot, just 2 stone overweight, sing and play a lot of folk stuff including banjo. Can I join?
