We can't carry half fit players at this stage of the season. Wasn't his usual self recently and looked like he was carrying a knock. Better to have a fully fit Cook or Pritchard on the left.0

CP must have known about this or at least that it was likely hence the move for Cook. We also have N'Guessen. Pritchard and Green.
Strength in depth for sure.
I wonder now if moving out Clarke was to free up money for the Cook and/or N'Guessen moves.0 -

More than likely. Not bad if the case knowing Hayes could be recalled as well.
