Is he injured ? Hasnt featured in any of the friendlies.

    He's grassed on Souey and is currently under the witness protection scheme, and being housed in a safe house in Hove (but don't tell Souey)

    It's a little known fact that Ben Thatcher actually employs a band of comedy football characters that he introduces into teams to bring a bit of fun back into the game (he feels like he owes the game that).

    Who can forget the hijinx when his original joke Carlton Palmer actually got an England call up?

    Anyway, Thatcher had to let Faye go as he just wasn't funny any more. (Faye now works as a Polish construction worker helping to build a block of 'luxury' apartments in Thamesmead for which the developer has no planning permission and for which there is a high risk of subsidence).
