Don't worry you will soon be able to moan about

    The new kit

    Outragous ST prices

    Lack of signings in May

  • I still haven't had an explanation as to why Valley Express isn't doing a pick-up in Stockholm for the Hartlepool game
  • Dug out my red home shirt today, yes the KRBS letters are peeling off , most of them I've pulled off, and yes I bet I look a bit of a gypsy walking round ASDAS this afternoon, but I just don't care, we are going up , up , up!

I wore a Charlton polo shirt to the golf club earlier and got plenty of congratulations on the team's performance this saeson. Shame it was a bit nippy and I had to put a jumper over the top while playing.
    Happy days are here again!

Not in the least. Let's make the most of it - we've suffered for long enough!

Nope, after 5 years (although it feels like 500) of utter shite, a weekend of milking it is totally in order.

Lets face it the last time we went up some 12 years ago the information available for a little club like ours was a few lines in the Sunday papers, now we have social media. Lets lap it up, bring on the Title!!

My dishwasher washed and polished our champagne flutes OK, mind you she drank as much as I did!

SCP is a gentleman, so he knows you don't wash champagne glasses. You throw them at the wall when you've drained your drink and then refill in a new glass. Some people...

With that kind of lack of class, I bet it's not champagne but cava you're drinking!!!

I've spent the last 2 days telling everyone I have spoken to. The most common response has been "oh, are you in the premiership now then?". At this point I place my hand on my fore-head and walk away.

Seems that the majority of the population don't realise there's more than 2 divisions in the english leagues.

Won't stop boring anyone who I come across though and is gonna be some time before I can wipe that cheesy grin off my face...............................

    lol! Very good.

I dont even know where to start reading on here. I bibbed and yelled at a few blokes in Sidcup who were out in the Charlton shirts yesterday.
  • For the first time in my life i actually enjoyed coming into Croydon to work. Within the workplace this monring i have received handshakes and comments from the following fans.

Man Utd fan. Well done on promotion.
Wolves fan. Made up for us, looking forward to coming to the Valley next season.
West Ham fan. Congratulaion's on your promotion.
Sunderland fan. Well done on your promotion.
Southampton fan. Good on ya promotion, hope we are not playing you next year.
Leeds fan. Watched the pitch invasion on the TV. Great scenes.

Of seven Palace fans not one can look me in the eye, you would have thought they have been relegated.

  • I have got a day with no meetings at work so suit no required (sounds a bit Phil Collins-ish!) so have worn my CAFC tracksuit top just for good measure!!!! it was my 50th on Saturday too so all the bottles of champagne came in handy over the weekend!! I wonder if SCP mum had the same problem ;-) cannot stop smiling or flicking onto CL to read about more fellow fans celebrations!! COYR
