Anyone got somewhere to recommend that is cheap and cheerful for after the Preston game? Preferably near the town centre.

    Under the Pier with a sleeping bag.

    Used the Empress Hotel years ago, good beer (Higsons I think) and a full size snooker table in one bar. Nice & central.

    Stay anywhere but Blackpool. It is simply a dreadful place. Much nicer places along the coast.
