    its a bit of luck chelsea played spurs, so only one of their "writers" had to leave the office and sacrifice a day of licking pictures of van persie.

    Like it or not any club outside the premier is small fry to most of the 'meadja'. Diouf in a punch up is news because he is a well known name & face .. albeit one as ugly as a bulldog slapped with a giant frying pan and with the manners of a bad tempered pig

    Diouf having a punch up is more likely to get the attention of most football fans in London considering the majority of them are only interested in gossip of the game rather than beauty of the game. Typical trait of a supporter of one of the big clubs....

    I spoke to some Arsenal supporting mates about my trip to Carlisle and the celebrations and their response in a typical deep Gooner voice was "er yeah but its a sh!t league" before going on to talk about the 'race for fourth' as if we haven't heard enough about that day in day bloody out!!
