When Stephens came to us, he was an attack minded player. Seems to me that, at the moment, he's maybe been told he needs to contribute more defensively and is maybe over compensatating. Give the lad time and he'll find a natural balance between the two and become a key player for this team.

On the subject of Bostwick, nothing wrong with a bit of competition if he's good enough and has the right attitude to fit in with the rest of the squad, which is an attribute that CP holds high. We can all sit here saying who we would like to sign but we're only going by what they're like as a player, whereas CP takes into account what they're like as a person too. Let's not under-estimate how important this is......................

Stephens needs to improve and we needs some better competition in CM next season. Russell and Hughes helped get us out of this league but doubt they'll play much next season, if they are even here.

Stephens is a good player, I think he'll improve, but we shouldn't deny he's been inconsistent just because we've won the league.

We have good young players but that doesn't mean there can't be better out there now available to us. Hopefully the players we have will grow with the club, but if better players are out there that Powell thinks would fit in he should sign them.

If we're looking to nick the better players from this league, we've got to be looking at the MKD player Gleeson. I was very impressed with him.

Think Stephens has potential, but personally think Pritchard has been better than him this season
