It's the "so far" bit that I like.
  • I think he's forgetting the people's cup.

Great player and captain. Can't wait to see him lift the trophy.

Really hope he stays fit and does well next season.

Pure class this season and so lucky to have a player of his experience at the club. He has chipped in with plenty of goals of which two were sublime free kicks. He reminds me of Ian Harte who plays in a simialr position and has a decent left peg ( and look what he has done at Reading! ). Would like to see him stay with us for a few more years.
  • Didn't know he'd been voted in the PFA's team of the year! Glad to hear that along with all the other things he said :)

Love JJ, but he looks like he could do with a nice holiday to get over any injuries properly.

Really enjoyed watching him. His enthusiasm has been second to none.

Also, I know penalties are supposed to be scored, but looking through the leagues this season there have been a tremendous amount of misses. Johnnie has stepped up to mark as our main penalty taker this season. Fantastic player, Charlton through and through.

JJ is a class act on and off the field. It will be interesting to see how he does at Championship level.

He's been a good Captain and sorely missed when out of the team. Gives Wiggins license to maraud down the wing and is always a threat at dead ball situations not forgetting his wonder strikes against the steel city runners up or overall goals scored. By his own admission he is not the quickest out of the blocks and even if fully fit I am not sure he has got the engine for CM however I am confident that he can continue to do a good job LM in the Championship. Gradually becoming a Charlton legend.

I think having a player like Wiggins allows us JJ type in LM and expect thar is gow it will be next season. JJ provides help for the centre midfield, quality and goals.
  • Jacko is a ledge , still can't beat him at scramble with friends grrr...
  • Proper captain and class act on and off the field.

On Saturday when there was a break in the play he asked if anyone in the East stand had a drink because he was thirsty. Someone lobbed him a bottle, he thanked them and he drank it while watching the scores on the big screen. As Addick_in_Exile says, a class act on and off the field.

Not much to add the guys a class act, terrific player super captain and example to the youngsters and comes across as a genuinely nice bloke. I am happy and proud to have him as captain of CAFC

Excellent player, and combines well with Wiggins, Wiggins has the pace to overlap, while Jackson can provide defensive cover.

I was expecting you to continue that a steward pounced on the individual for smuggling a bottle into the ground, and marched him out...
