    Season tickets are transferable; U18s can use adult tickets.

    We will investigate and deal with this.
    Friend upgraded our 2 u11 s tkts last Saturday and commented that she could have just paid to upgrade them to over 11's and not adults as the same " Upgrade" stamp is seemingly used for ALL upgrades....

    Fair point, but the detail should be written in for any upgrade that isn't to an adult. These are very small in number.

    The point has been made to me that we have recently been opening extra turnstiles for Saturday matches, including Wycombe, which means extra staff with less experience are involved. However, the point will be flagged at future briefings.
