I saw in The Newshopper, that he is The Manager of Dartford. Is this the same Burman that played for Charlton in the mid 70's ? I'm presuming it is.

How long has he been managing Dartford? 30 years? He's been there yonks.

Think he took over 2004 or 2005 as manager.
  • Tony Burman's late equalizer against Millwall at the Den on Boxing Day 1976, the match after Derek Hales' move to Derby County, is one of my greatest Charlton memories.

Has done amazingly well - must have a great eye for spotting talent as DFC have risen through the ranks

Agreed, apart from the fact that this was the reason my Dad and I got attacked outside the main stand afterwards.

Sorry, Non-League Manager's is not my specialist subject.
