    What we use:
    •Macs
    •Jira (engineering)
    •Zendesk (IT/Support)
    •Google Apps
    •LDAP/Open Directory
    •Aruba wireless
    •Cisco
    •Dell
    •VMWare
    What we need you to do:
    •Support the IT infrastructure (Entirely Mac Based)
    •Supporting networks (switches, firewalls, wireless)
    •Day to Day Desktop support/troubleshooting of the London Yammer office
    •Break fixing issues
    •Mobile phone support (iOS and Windows and Android phones)
    •Printer Support (Xerox)
    •Support, installation & configuration of client OS - (Mac OS X 10.5 and above)
    •Regularly check the queue for new incidents and allocating them appropriately and promptly
    Folks we are looking for will have:
    •A love for the work we do
    •Proven history of developing fault tolerant networks and systems
    •Experience with Mac OSX
    •Experience with efficiently supporting systems that support hundreds of desktops users
    •Knowledge of Open Directory
    •Excellent problem solving skills
    Would be nice if you also had:
    •Expert knowledge of Mac OS
    •A security background
    •Some scripting experience Ruby, Python or Perl

    I think I certainly gave her an introduction into 'developing fault tolerant networks'
    What on earth is 'zendesk' , sure it is not 'kendesk' ....... not that awkward bastard designer, with his bloody mac network again

    My IT knowledge is good and i run the company i work for IT systems but still getting to grips with Mac software etc in spare time (geek).

    Probably looking for someone more experienced and with letters after their name.
