The new ferry traffic flow sign just keeps flashing `West Ham Utd'.
Disgusted of Mottingham.

    Quite reasonable - harsh means disagreeable to the senses - fair means free from bias. So, when it is reported that Middlesborough is the worst place to live in England because it has high crime levels, severe drug and health problems, and poor education results, it may upset the locals but it is a reasonable assessment.
