Anyone know the number to call to order the new shirt? I'm based overseas and can't get down to the club shop in person.

That's across the board on all the menswear from what I can see.
  • That rules out over half our support then who are rather large so 2 speak

Just got back from there, bumped into another Lifer and picked up a polo for the old man.

Still doing a decent trade with lots of shirt printing going on. Not a massive range at the moment, but some of the training gear is smart, if a touch pricey.

    Shirt looks fine as well.

I think the term is "generously-proportioned"!

Can't see JJ being overly impressed with that picture tbh. His legs look skinnier than mine.

    New polo .£ 30.00
This is the only thing I like so far out of all the new kit etc. Then again I haven't seen all the monstrosities that Nike have yet to unleash on us.
  • Went to buy the new shirt today , the shop was 'heaving' with people queuing to have the gold badge put on the shirts , shop will be fully kitted out in 3-4 weeks time , not much in there at the moment , one or two nice tops, still got plenty of Charlton gnomes.

How anyone can look at poor Jacko in that picture and argue this is a good kit is beyond me. The fit and length of those sleeves is appalling. Won't lose sleep over it but it's a shame after a real decent strip the last couple of years.

I suspect Jacko was handed the sample kit which is a couple of sizes too big for him.

Yer your not wrong... jacko looks like a knock kneed flat footed sunday pub player, Who looks like he only there to cut the half - time oranges. As i said earlier today , the sleeves are enormous . terrible picture of jacko..?

Yes, kit looks too big- should have got Taylor or Cort to model it - or get the right size!

Fair point re the Forest shirt. I think it's the colour I like.

It's good that we can see the Charlton shirt worn on the beaches this Summer. Hopefully that will increase revenue for the club. I would like to buy a CAFC Nike polo shirt in this style:

Charlton/Nike packamacs would be flying off the shelves ...

In response to the Jacko photo, Ben Hamer has tweeted the comment #pubplayer says it all really!

The Nike leisure wear stuff is really nice. Some good polo shirts. The hoodies that were shown on the site aren't in stock yet so they are obviously to come.

Two nice Nike items for girls, with a subtle sword on it. A polo shirt and a grey hoodie.

Not too much Avec stuff (yet!)

    Too true.

Treated the lad to the full kit and it looks smashing;well cut and hangs well.
The fact that it fits him helps.

Oh dear, so there will be some Avec stuff then, was hoping we could avoid it completely.

all the new clothing range is overpriced, bought the new kit for my little boys birthday and it is well overpriced to say the least obviously due to the new range being nike ,must say this though didnt like the shirt at first but after having a good look at it i think it is quite nice .

It's overpriced for what we're used to with regards to Charlton stuff, not for Nike stuff in general though.

And there in lies the rub. My old man was happy with his polo shirt for Father's Day, so he bloody should be for £35!

Personally, i don't like the new shirt, but I do like the GK shirt. Might even get on of those, get my missus to butcher it into a short sleeve and then I'll be happy........................................

i got down there atbout 10.45 yesterday queue was pretty long for the till but moving the queue for the badges numbers etc was too long to wait for with my 6 and 4 year old boys and wasn't moving particularly fast

couldn't get my 4 year old anything cos smallest shirt size was 6-8 yrs old but he's not really into footy and was happy to get some crappy olympic 2012 bus from there and could only get the shirt for my 6 year old not shorts or socks but i got the 6 year old the goalie top and shorts (not sure if they had socks)

my 6 year old then put his on and we went to seee my nephew in the new ash green 5 a side tourney , my 6 year old was in the worse kit there #pubplayer lol
