Having seen this latest story from the OS about Kermogant I really do think we need some proper news.

    The OS is really scraping at the bottom of the barrel with that article. I wish we'd hurry up and sign someone. I'm beyond caring who is it now I just want to read some positive news.

    Have to wait untill Monday, Wilson coming in, Solly to West Spam later in week, Baldock coming across the Thames to us.

    I would be gutted to lose Solly but considering some of the comments regarding funds, I think if we brought in Wilson, Baldock and some cash, it wouldn't be the end of the world. So disappointing that things appear so negative after such a positive year.

    or is it simply the fact that it's the close season and nobody has anything better to do here than start up wild rumors on how the club has suddenly found itself up shits creek without a paddle!

    Wilson has verbally agreed to sign, not interested in sources etc or wether people believe me or not but if he signs that will only mean Solly is off.

    The recent investment was to pay of club debts, don't think administration will happen this season, Solly will be sold Wilson to come in and a loan deal for a premier striker, just hope Powell does not walk, alarm bells should have rung with a board member esPecially after the fiasco with keegan walking out of Newcastle a few seasons ago

    Fair point, Scabby but IMHO comparing SCP to Keegan is like chalk & cheese....and an insult to our Manager !

    If Wilson for Solly eases the financial difficulties for the time being - it is a good deal. Not because losing Solly won't be a massive blow -it will be- but at least a decent player will be coming in.
