Important CAFC Ones
16/72 In average home attendance.
10/72 In highest home attendance.
20/72 In average travelling away fans.

but 64/72 In Travelling Fans (as Percentage of Home Fans)

Make of them what you will. No surprises personally, need to have more home fans going to away games.

    Freaks!

Quite surprised that Cardiff, Ipswich, Reading and Derby are worse than us in the Travelling Fans (as %age of home fans).

Why? We had close to, if not the best away record in the country. There's not much evidence to suggest that number of fans or noise has any affect on the outcome of games.

Well who know how many more points we might have got if we had more fans going to games?

Point is that not enough home fans are going to away games and it looks poor. Being only above MK Dons is nothing to shout about. Maybe our hardcore is simply lower than initially thought, and we're just good at attracting part time fans to the club which make our home support greater, without really improving away numbers.

There are two types of away fan at Charlton so probably as well that both types have the opportunity to enjoy the game in the way they choose which they can if the away areas are not too full.

Are you Ooh ah's son? :-)

39% increase in our travelling support.

Hopefully we'll have a similar increase this coming season.
