Isn't it about time we were told something about the Gibbs situation? Can only feel at the moment, albeit completely uninformed, that it's all going to end in tears a la Gary Rowett. Would be nice to learn otherwise.
If there is a recurrance of his old injury, there may be no conclusions to be drawn.
Or his current injury may be something entirely different to what has troubled him before - and the club don't consider it important - much like, say, Sankofa's injury.

Fair enough Oggy; hopefully nothing too serious anyway. Sometimes a routine update without mentioning definite dates etc. might just ease fears. (Is the medical update still included in the programme?)

Maybe McCarthy is all about reading the game, organisational skills, positional sense and timing.
