just signed for the Gills on a year long contract.

Good signing for them - Not that i want to see him back with us as I think he is now past it (aged 35) but should do well in League 2

    Very good player for us. Excellent in the air for someone not that tall. Holds he ball up so well.

    always liked him when he played for us, very good with his back to goal and bringing others in to play. good signing for Gills.

    most underrated player in the parky years i think. Very rarely let us down even though he wasnt that much of a goalscorer but was one of the best link up men in the league

    Originally I was underwhelmed with his signing but ended up really liking him. Always thought he was calm on the ball and had a good touch. Will do well at gillingham.

    Very underrated as a footballer but not a natural finisher. Was a very good player for us at a terrible time. Good luck Deon.

    I was a great fan - my choice for PoTY, he worked hard for the team and some good lay-offs and was never so selfish that he wouldn't pass if a player was in a better position. A shame that we played 4-5-1 a lot at that time and things tended to get a little predictable and consequently he began to get marked out of games.

    just remember him scoring a hatrick on the last day of the season. very underrated player who held up the ball well
