    Sounds pretty good actually, sensible and has the right attitude. Seems aware of the challenges coming up, says they've watched a view Birmingham videos and it will be one of the toughest fixtures of the season.

    They've got no specific aim as such this year, which seems quite sensible too.

    He said they did have an aim but didnt really disclose it. Pretty much said to try and enjoy themselves as much as they did last season and keep the momentum going

    Surely by now we all know SCP's way of setting team targets?

    Break the fixture list into successive mini-leagues of 6 or 7 fixtures, and aim to be top of each.

    Can't really see SCP changing a formula that's already worked well for him.
