On player what is that?

In the RF video on player, at about 15 seconds in there is some sort of drinks trolley wheeled past. Whats that about? Is it for the disabled fans sitting in front of the West Stand?

  Cool, does the club lay on the same for the other areas for disabled fans? NE/NW quadrants?
