Strange that, I had a similar experience in Paris mate. Me and me 2 pals were over for a Weller gig, killing some time on the Saturday afternoon we were watching the rugby in a Firkin boozer (Eng v Paddys), we left to take the Paris Metro back to the hotel but the next thing we knew, we were in our hotel bed! None of us remember the journey back, or the 2 and a half hours between the rugby finishing and us waking up in our rooms.
To this day, none of us know what happened, but whatever it was it cleared me piles up!
