Any trouble last night?

  • I was at the station and see the police steaming in and something happening but didn't get to see what actually happened.

Made me laugh walking back to the station. Palace one side of the police, charlton the other side. Both having words with each other. One charlton boy bouncing around saying, let's fecking av it. Then we all meet up the top because the police line disappears and nothing happens.
  • Not sure if any of you are on here, but those young charlton little virgin kids that think their a massive firm which were hanging outside that valley cafe are proper Embarrassing.

not 'pwoper trouble' but my mum had her car jumped on when parking behind the west by a load of Nigels. Pick on someone your own size. God I hate them. Despicable cowards.

    Wankers.
    Bit of a generalisation no?
    Football rivalry is so stupid.
I generalise everyone who jumps on a car as someon innocent e is trying to park it as a wanker regardless of what club they support.

I went for a pint after the game to let the station clear, seems like a smart move. We should keep some away fans behind after the game.

Why don't they hold them back for 20 mins? they only have clear 200m of road.....makes no sense, unless they want trouble so they get nickings?

    oh.
  • Was it my eye sight or were there lots of Palace kids or ultras or whatever all dressed in black? Bit like Kato from the Pink Panther films?

A mate I work with called me about 7PM to say that there were Palace and Charlton running wild over London Bridge station before the game. No idea how bad it was though.
  • Maybe they think they're the new men in black firm lol

As I said earlier copper we were talking to at HT said there was trouble at London Bridge.
  • Yes! Me and many other potential customers couldn't get a drink in The Royal Oak. Massive walk out.

I was at London Bridge at 7. Didn't see a thing.
  • If you go onto the Palace forum, they thought it was a Charlton fan that got bottled!! Was walking to the station and saw a few scuffles, which is a shame as no one wants to see it!!

Ditto. You probably got the same train as me. I was on the concourse for ten minutes, then got on a train full of Palace and Charlton fans alike down the Deptford line, hardly even any singing, let alone a row.

Biggest disgrace of the night. Admittedly, turning up at 7.20 probably wasn't the best move we've ever made, but why is there only ever one barmaid working there who knows what she's doing?

As my train from Cannon Street came through London Bridge at 7, a group of palace fans banged against the windows before getting on, I didn't see any more than that

Quite an aggressive atmosphere on the way to the station. Lots of old bill keeping things under control. Saw the crash barriers thrown all over the road and hoped that no-ones car got smashed. No trouble on the train.

palarse fan with a bandage round his head and covering his eye. Think he lost an eye LOL!

Banter and a scuffle is fair enough for those wanting to 'play', but if that really happened then it's nolaughing matter. I'm pretty sure you meant that tongue in cheek?

Yes of course only meant it as a joke
