Not heard anything about his injury anyone know how bad it is?

    From what CP has said I'm expecting this to be a broken toe or whatever fanciful title that injury gets now. If it is we are looking at 6-8 weeks. Evina is going to have to up his game if he is going to successfully cover for that length of time.

    gutted if its that long. he's one of our top 3 players going to be a big loss. Is Evina injured? why didn't he play on friday?

    Evina was on twitter earlier saying he trained today so he must be fit.

    I am not so sure the Wiggins injury is that bad, he looked happy to get off last night after Zaha had put him on his arse for the third time.

    Doesn't really say that at all. All it says is that we had 2 defenders on the bench already and it is hard to fit a player who can really only play 1 position onto the bench

    true. I guess if against Derby we put Solly at LB and Wilson at RB then it says he don't like Evina

    Evina was not on the bench on Friday I suspect because Wilson and Dervite covered all of our defensive bases ,not because he was unfit .

    This will be a big opportunity for him I hope he is ready ,he is quick and I would have had no concerns if we were still in League One but in the Championship I'm not sure.

    I seem to remember Dervite was supposedly able to cover at full back, as well as being CB by trade, plus Wilson, who can also do a job as a midfielder means they get the edge over Evina who seems a one-position type, that said he may end up on the bench at Derby... I'm expecting a mix up by CP so who knows!

    Evina was bought when we were in division 3 and was not considered good enough for the first team.

    I'm not sure SCP will fancy throwing him in a division higher given that the last time he played we lost at home to Colchester (I think).

    Wow give the boy a chance. He's hardly kicked a ball for us and he's not good enough. In his league start last season - didn't he find out he was playing a couple of hours before KO.
