    It is a nearly impossible job to keep every player happy, but at least you can treat them with respect, have reasons for your decisions, yet encourage and support them with any disappointments which I think Chris Powell does well. When you have a manager with CP's degree of integrity you can get through the bad times a lot better.

    A manager in any field could take a leaf out of his book. We've all worked for some crap ones and they out weigh the good ones sadly!
